My name is Stephanie Sinopoli and I am a loan officer here in Grants Pass, Oregon. I’ve been working in the lending industry for more than half my life. I began answering phones and assisting loan officers and loan processors while I was still studying in college back in 1995. Throughout the next few years, I had my hand in several aspects of this career learning every in and out. From assisting, to processing to pre underwriting, doc drawing and initiating, I fell in love with this field of work and being able to be a part of people’s dream of becoming a home owner. After more than 10 years working in Southern California, I relocated to Grants Pass, Oregon in 2008. While here in Oregon I met my husband and we now have a 7 year old son named Brayden, and 3 year old Rottweiler mix named Lucy. The last 9 years in Southern Oregon have been nothing short of amazing. I’ve met the most kind, genuine people here and have found what I believe to be, the best bank ever to work for. Seeing the care that this local community bank has for its clients makes me feel at home. My history within this industry has helped me to prepare my clients for what needs to be done to obtain a smooth and successful transaction with home purchase, or refinance. I take great pride and care in helping my clients obtain their dreams of homeownership and it is my most sincere pleasure to be a part of their journey.
After trying to get a loan officer to understand our unique VA circumstance loan, to no avail, we were referred to Stephanie. She is the only professional loan officer to take the time to investigate the procedure; and she kept us abreast every step of the way. We are her biggest cheerleaders
We had a smooth process working with Stephanie. She was very helpful and friendly during our home purchase. Would definitely recommend anyone to work with Stephanie. You’ll be pleased.
