Clients who have needs that cannot be completed over the phone, online or through the night drop or drive thru may be allowed inside. This will be limited to ensure that CDC recommendations of social distancing are followed.

Home Loan Centers:

We are committed to streamlining the home loan process to enhance the borrowers experience throughout this time, while limiting social interaction. We encourage you to fully utilize our online applications, e-disclosures, and borrower portal for uploading scanned documents and are available via email or by phone to help eliminate the need for face to face interaction. Our goal is to communicate with you every step of the way with your home loan to bring additional ease during this time. In some of our locations we will see limited staffing and modified hours to assist in the social distancing so please reach out to your Loan Officer to find hours for your local branch.
