Oregon Bancorp Announces Special Dividend

Salem, Ore. – February 21, 2020 – Oregon Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: ORBN) (the “Company”), parent company of Willamette Valley Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.50 per share payable on March 13, 2020 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2020.
“The Company had another year of exceptional earnings in 2019 and we are proud to share a portion of our success with our shareholders,” stated Ryan Dempster, President and Chief Executive Officer. “This is our fourth annual special dividend and represents a 50% increase over last year’s dividend.”
