Key Responsibilities

Entering file data to Encompass. Ensure data integrity by reviewing loan data in Encompass, DU/LP, Loan Transmittal and 1003. Reviewing fees listed on itemization for accuracy and confirm a title/escrow fee sheet is in the file; obtain verification of fees from title and escrow direction if not provided by the Loan Originator. Check property address to validate appraisal fees are accurately quoted (complex property, condo, new construction, 1004D, MFH, etc) Ensuring that all required documentation is in each file and compliance with state and federal regulations. Review Change of Circumstance requests from processor for valid changes that comply with our rules and regulations, review file for any additional changes that can be need to be re-disclosed, input compliant verbiage to cover letter for borrower to sign with updated LE. Review file data for valid disclosure of CD based on timeline of previous disclosures, compare itemization data to invoices and binders uploaded to file, complete file contacts as necessary for required data, confirm MI data is accurate based on cert uploaded by underwriter, review Prior to Funding conditions for debt payoff, cash to close limit and other conditions that affect data on CD. Effectively communicate status and expectations to internal staff, loan originators, closing agents and notary signers. Researching and resolving problems or complaints from internal and external customers. Provide feedback to management on suggested policy changes and/or enhancements. Maintains a high level of customer service with quick response times and accurate information (both internally and externally).Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting other team members and management as needed. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality. Comply with and follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as governing laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to performing all assigned duties under the WVBK compliance programs and related laws and regulations. Successfully completing all mandatory compliance training as assigned in a timely manner.
